Observed split gaskets in 2 reach in coolers and walk in cooler door (repeat violation), damaged door in reach in cooler near grill (repeat violation), degrading/moldy grout behind prep sink, and missing/damaged handle of walk in cooler. Repair or replace equipment when no longer in good repair.
