  The victim advised that she met the suspect in an uptown bar and they walked together near the above address. The suspect then pulled her off the road and forced her to have intercourse with him. The victim suffered no physical injury.

  The victim was walking near the above address when he was approached by a black male suspect armed with a handgun. The suspect demanded money, and robbed the victim of his wallet and cellphone. No injury.

• 2400 block of Wilkinson Blvd. Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  Officers working off duty at the Vox Club on Wilkinson reported shots fired at the club. Further investigation revealed one victim was shot inside the club. He suffered non-life threatening injury. ADW detectives investigated.

  Reported Armed Robbery From Person, suspects 1 B/M Blk. shirt & Blue Jeans, ! H/M 5'4" Blk. shirt & Blu Jeans. The H/M was armed with a handgun. The suspects were last seen running behind Trader Joes.

• 6700 block of Woodthrush Dr. Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury

  Hickory Grove Div. Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 6700 block of Woodthrush Dr. The victim reports that his neighbor shot into his truck hitting the headrest as he sat inside the vehicle. The suspect was not on site when officer arrived. The initial investigation determined this developed from a dispite between neighbors.

• 38000 block of Statesville Ave. Robbery from person—strong arm

  The victim reports being robbed by an unknown suspect. The victim was in the 3800 block of Statesville when she was hit with an unknown object and robbed. The victim sustained minor injuries to the head area and was transported to CMC Main with (NLT) injuries.

  Female victim reports being raped and pistol whipped somewhere in Charlotte last night. Report being taken at hospital. Actual location of occurrence is still unknown.
