  The victim was shot in the back by an unknown B/M suspect who fled the scene in a black SUV. The victim was transported to CMC with NLT injuries.

  The victim reported that she was robbed of her purse by a B/M suspect who fled the scene in dark colored vehicle.

  Officers responded to an alarm at B & G Liberman located at 2420 Distribution Street. A suspect was apprehended inside of the business.

• 15000 block of Santa Lucia Dr. Rape / sexual assault

  The victim reported that the suspect, an acquaintance, entered her bedroom and assaulted her. He also attempted to have intercourse with her against his will. The suspect was arrested on the scene, and Rape detectives responded to conduct the investigation. The victim was not injured.

• 30000 block of Phillips Fairway Dr. Miscellaneous incident

  Comp. called 911 to report her husband had been shot. The investigation determined the victim was moving a 22 Cal. weapon from a nightstand when the weapon discharged striking him in the stomach area. The victim was transported to CMC Main, with what appeared to be (NLT) injuries, he was alert and talking as he left the scene. Sgt. Dearin in command.

  Stepfather called 911 to report that the stepdaughter/victim had been cut by the girlfriend/suspect who is the victims roomate. The suspect was arrested and charged with ADW-cutting. The victim was treated on the scene by Medic, injuries (NLT),

  76YO male found deceased at the Sunrise Senior Living facility. The victim was found unresponsive on the floor, CPR was administered by on duty staff personnel. The victim was pronounced on scene.
