Breaking and entering residential-occupied
Residential Breaking and Entering took place at the apartment complex, where the victim was home alone. The victim stated she was sexually assaulted by a tall B/M suspect, dressed in all black. The suspect fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital. No further suspect information at this time.

Accident—personal Injury
Some time overnight a vehicle was involved in a one car accident. The vehicle was located and a child suffering head injuries was airlifted to CMC-Main, while the driver was transported by Medic.

Robbery from person—strong arm
The victim reported that they were physically assaulted and robbed by two black males in dark clothing. The suspects fled on foot. The victim was transported to CMC for treatment of a NLT injury.

Old Statestville Rd and Harris Bv
Vehicle pursuit
Armed Robbery/Car Jacking took place in Freedom Division overnight. UNCC police got behind the vehicle, CMPD assisted. The three suspects jumped and ran in the area of the Exxon gas station at Harris Bv. A perimeter was set up, K9 tracked the suspects. All three suspects were apprehended.
