Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury
Two subjects received non-life threatening injuries from the result of a disagreement over a business transaction. This is not a random act of violence. Three suspects are in custody.

500 block of Bradford Dr.
Rape / sexual assault
The victim, a juvenile, was walking home from the bus stop when she was pulled into the bushes by the suspect. The suspect sexually assaulted the victim, who was able to fight the suspect off and escape. The suspect is a BM, 30s, "scruffy looking" and about 5'9" tall.

Robbery from business—armed
The Shell station was robbed by a tall, skinny BM suspect wearing black pants and a red shirt with gray in the middle of it. The suspect fled the immediate area on foot.

Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury
Domestic related shooting. Male victim sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen area after some type of altercation with the male suspect. The victim's injuries are NLT at this time. The suspect is in custody. ADW and DV Detectives are assisting with this investigation.

5900 block of Old Concord Road
Robbery from person—armed
Male victim was sleeping in business (L & B Automotive) when 2 B/M suspects came to the business, 1 held him at gunpoint while the other hot-wired a U-haul truck. The suspects fled in the U-Haul truck which was also towing a 1953 Red Chevrolet Truck. No injuries, no shots fired. Suspects: #1: B/M, 6' 0", 220, yellow hoodie, blue jeans and a black semi auto. #2: B/M, 6' 0", 280, gray & blue sweater and blue jeans.

S. Tryon Street & Yager Creek Drive
Accident—personal Injury
13 yr old female ran across the road in front of traffic and was struck by a vehicle that was travelling inbound on S. Tryon St. The female is seriously injured, but it is unknown at this time if her injuries are LT. HITS responded to assist with the investigation.
