Death investigation
18 yr old male found deceased in his kitchen. No apparent signs of foul play at this time. Homicide is responding to assist per protocol.

Death—natural
77 yr old female died of natural causes. Hospice attended death.

300 block of Kingston Ave.
Robbery from person—armed
Male victim robbed at gunpoint by an H/M. Responding officers were notificed of the suspect description and observed the vehicle leaving the scene. The officers followed and a pursuit developed, during the pursuit two CMPD marked units collided, Units #731 & 176, no officers were injured. Sgt. hartless in command.

800 block of Norwood Drive
Missing person
10 yr old male left intentionally from his residence after arguing with his parent. This has happened before. CMPD Officers, Helicopter, K-9, CFD, and a bloodhound from MCSO assisted in attempting to locate the child. The child was found at approximately 7:25 pm safe at an address on Coronet Way and returned home to his residence.

Death investigation
11 month old male found in bathtub by mother who had walked away briefly. Child was transported to CMC-Main where he was pronounced a short time later. Homicide and Youth Services Detectives assisting with this investigation per protocol.

3100 block of Ryan Jay Drive
Robbery from person—armed
The W/M victim arrived home and as he was approaching his apartment, 2 B/M suspects armed with weapons approached him on foot and took his wallet and cell phone and then fled on foot. Suspects: #1: B/M, 5'9", 200. #2: B/M. 6'0", 180. No injuries or shots fired.

2300 block of E. W.T. Harris Blvd
Accident-fatality
The driver of a white dodge sebring lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center median area, and struck a large SUV travelling in the opposite direction. The driver of the Sebring was pronounced deceased on the scene. The occupants of the other vehicle were transported to the hospital with NLT injuries. HITS is investigating and will distribute a press release upon completion of the investigation.

6200 block of Idlewild Rd.
Robbery from person—armed
The victim was using the ATM. He had trouble with his transaction and stepped back to allow the next person to use the machine. The suspect then took the victims card and money from the machine. When confronted, he indicated a gun, and threatened the victim which classified this incident as a robbery.

Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury
The victim was drinking with friends when they began fighting. During the scuffle, one of the suspects swung a knife at the victim, nicking his finger. Medical treatment was refused.

Robbery from person—armed
The victim was walking to his car when he was approached by two black male suspects. One jumped on his back and demanded money. The two suspect knocked the victim to the ground, and then took his wallet at of his pocket. The suspects then fled in a burgundy pick up truck. No injuries.

13900 block of Plowdon Ct.
Kidnapping
The victim who works at an adult club on S. Blvd. reports she was forcibly kidnapped (grabbed by her hair and forced into a vehicle) from the business at approx. 0400hrs. The vicim reports being driven to an unknown location and went into the residence with the suspect. The victim was able to escape when the suspect fell asleep.

59YO female found deceased by a family member. The victim suffered from several medical conditions. No foul play is suspected, it appears the victim died from natural causes.

Pressley Road & Yorkwood Drive
Robbery from person—armed
The male victim advised that he was driving on Yorkwood Drive when a white 4 door sedan pulled in front of his vehicle and a W/M, 6'0", 170, wearing a white t-shirt got out of the car and walked to his car, pointed a chrome revolver at him and demanded money. The suspect struck the victim with the gun injuring his lip then took money, cigarettes and a cell phone from the victim and fled in the suspect vehicle.

N. Brevard Street & E. 7th Street
Robbery from person—armed
B/M victim was walking to the festival at Dixie's Tavern when he was approached by 2 B/Ms at the intersection. 1 of the suspects had a gun and they took the victim's wallet, cell phone and keys then struck the victim in the head with the gun. The victim sustained minor injury.
