Robbery from person—armed
4 suspects (3 black male and 1 hispanic male) forced their way into the home at the above address and took over the house. In the process, the suspects robbed the 5 occupants of money and personal items. They also committed a sexual assault on 2 female victims. No serious injuries. The suspects fled from the residence on foot.

Robbery from person—armed
Victims were robbed of their vehicle at the above address by three BM suspects. THe victims were physically assaulted and threatened with a stun gun. No serious injuries. The suspects are known to the victims. The vehicle is a 1996 Chevy Caprice, Teal blue, with 22" rims.

Death investigation
University City Div. responded to the Drury Inn with Medic and CFD Ref: pediatric patient 3 months old that was possible in cardiac arrest, The child was transported to CMC University and pronounced on site. Homicide Sgt. Robbins was contacted/responding.

Breaking and entering commercial
The victim reported several suspects broke into a shed at his business and stole his property.The victim reports one of the suspects fired a weapon into the air and told him to get off the property. The victim had a weapon and reportly fired a shot/s into the air attempting to get the suspects to leave. The suspects fled the scene and the victim followed. One suspect was apprehended in the 400 blk. of Toddville Rd.

Death—natural
University Div. respopnded to Bolton Ct. in regards to a death investigation. The victim an 82YO male was found unresponsive by Medic, the victim was pronounced on scene. The victim was in poor health and suffered from several medical issues. The family Dr. will sign the death cert.

The victim reports being robbed at gunpoint at the 1800 block of Ashley Rd. The suspect took the victim's motorcycle and was last seen on Ashley Rd. towards Tuckaseegee Rd. No injuries were reportyed.
