Robbery from person—armed
The victim reported they were robbed at gunpoint by a black male suspect, thin beard, blue hat, blue sweatshirt and jeans. The suspect had the victim drive them to another location and then fled on foot. No injuries.

Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury
The victim reported that a known suspect shot at them but they were not struck. The victim's car was damaged during the shooting. This case is domestic related and is not a random act.

The victim reported that the suspect, an acquaintance, forced her to have sex with him and then took her car without permission. The vehicle is a Honda Accord. The victim did not suffer any serious injuries.

3500 block of Mt. Holly Huntersville Rd.
Robbery from business—armed
The Pizza Hut was robbed by two black male suspects in black hooded sweatshirts. One of the employees was shot during the robbery in the arm which then passed through to his chest. The suspects fled on foot. The victim was transported to CMC with serious injuries. K9 responded with negative results. Armed Robbery detectives responded to the scene.

Robbery from business—armed
The Wendy's restaurant was robbed at gunpoint by a black male suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black ski mask and black gloves. The suspect fled the scene in a two door burgandy Ford Explorere that was occupied by three other black males. No injuires.

Robbery from business—armed
The Freedom Business Center was the victim of an attempted armed robbery by two black males wearing all black clothing with one of the suspects being 5'7" with a thin mustache. The suspects were not able to get anything and fled on foot. No injuries.
