  The victims reported that the two suspects, both black males in dark clothing broke into a shed that they were in and robbed them at gunpoint. Both suspects fled on foot but one suspect was detained on scene. Robbery detectives responded.

• 100 block of S. McDowell Street Accident—personal Injury

  The CMPD HITS Unit is investigating a collision involving a pedestrian which occurred at the intersection of S. McDowell Street and 4th Street. A vehicle traveling on S. McDowell Street struck a female pedestrian who was crossing the intersection. The victim was transported to CMC with life threatening injuries.

  The CMPD HITS Unit is investigating a fatality collision involving a motorcycle which ran off of the roadway near the 2800 blk of Queen City Drive. The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced at the scene.

  Male victim reported that he was sexually assaulted by an unknown B/M suspect. UPDATE: The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment at which time he became uncooperative with officers and requested no further assistance.

  (2) B/M suspects forced entry into the victims residence and shot one of the occupants. The victim was transported to the hospital with NLT injuries. The suspects fled the area on foot.

  The victim was at the First Citizens Bank ATM when he was approached by (3) B/M suspects. One of the suspects fired a shot at him in an apparent robbery attempt and then fled the scene in a silver vehicle. The victim was not injured.

  83YO female Hospice patient found deceased. The victim suffered from several medical problems was found by her son when he came to her residence to check on her. CFD forced entry, no foul play is suspected.

  The victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects. The first suspect was wearing dark clothing and the second had on a blue sweatshirt. The suspects fled the scene in a Chevrolet Silverado truck with tinted windows. No injuries.

  The victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects. The first suspect was about 18 years old, 5'7", skinny, wearing a black hat, black shirt, and black pants. The second suspect was about 16 years old, 5'4", skinny, also wearing a black hat, black shirt, and black pants. The suspects fled on foot. No injuries.

• 100 block of Red Roof Dr. Robbery from person—armed

  The victim reported that two suspects attempted to rob them with a handgun. The victim fought with the suspects causing the gun to be fired. One suspect sustained a minor injury to their hand and then drove themself to Presbyterian Hospital for treatment of a NLT injury. Robbery detectives were contacted.

  The victim reported that the suspect robbed them at knifepoint and stabbed the victim in the leg. The suspect also suffered a stab wound from fighting with the victim. The victim knows the suspect. Both the victim and the suspect were taken to the hospital for treatment of a NLT injury.

• The Plaza @ Eastway Dr. Vehicle pursuit

  Eastway Div. Officers spotted a vehicle fitting the description of an armed robbery suspect vehicle. The suspect was approached, and fled the scene. Officers initiated a pursuit of the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped without incident a short distance away at 451 E. Sugarcreek Rd. , the suspect is being detained and questioned.

• 7200 block of Barrington Dr. Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury

  Incident reported as a shots fired call. A male victim reports being assaulted in the 7200 block area of Barrington Dr. This indiv. got friends of his and returned to the area. Shots were fired between the two groups, several vehicles were hit and two apartments were hit. There were no reported injuries. A suspect vehicle was stopped and several subjects are being questioned. ADW Unit was advised.

  The victim reports being forced into a vehicle and sexually assaulted. The victim was walking to a friends house when a vehicle approached and two B/M suspects pushed her into the vehicle and sexually assaulted her. The victim reports the suspects later pushed her out of the vehicle and she was able to get away. .

  The victim reports being robbed in the parking lot of his business. The victim was approached by 2 B/F's, one suspect pulled a weapon and demanded money. The suspects left the scene on a White Toyota.

  5 victims were at the above location when a black or purple sedan pulled up occupied by 4 suspects. 2 jumped out with a handgun and robbed the victims of jewelry and cell phones. No injuries.
