  • 4500 block of North Tryon Street Robbery from business—armed

    Advance Auto Parts reported that it was robbed by a man armed with a gun. The suspect was wearing a mask and is described as tall; the second suspect is described as short, with dreads and wearing a black hoodie and black pants. The K-9 Unit assisted with a track but was unable to locate either suspect.

  • 3100 block of Central Avenue Robbery from person—strong arm

    Victim advised two B/Ms approached him, one pushed him and took money from the vehicle. Suspect 1: B/M, 18-20 yo, 5'5-5'6, 160lbs, dark complexion, dreadlocks, LSW white tshirt and blue pants. Suspect 2: 18-20 yo, 5'8-5'9, 170 lbs, medium complexion, short black hair, LSW a blue tshirt and blue denim jeans. The suspects were LS running towards Eastcrest towards Green Oaks. K9 is tracking and Crime Scene is on scene at this time.

  • 2000 block of North Graham Street Robbery from person—armed

    Three BM suspects robbed the victim at gunpoint. The suspects fled the area in a green Kia.

  • 7900 block of Woodway Oak Circle Robbery from person—armed

    The victim stated that he was in his apartment when two BM suspects broke in and robbed him at gunpoint. The suspects fled the immediate area on foot.

  • 5300 block of Monroe Road

    A B/M early 20's, freckles/acne, wearing a white hoodie and light colored blue jeans displayed a black 9 mm pistol and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk refused to comply and the suspect fled on foot from the store.

  • N. I-485 Hwy & Lawyers Road Robbery from person—armed

    The victim in this case reports being robbed at gunpoint of cash after hitting something with his vehicle. There was no obvious damage to the victim's vehicle. The victim reported that the unknown suspect fled on foot into the woods. No injuries, no shots fired.

  • 2100 block of Eastway Drive Robbery from person—armed

    We are working a case involving a possible carjacking that occurred somewhere on Eastway Drive. A vehicle was taken in a robbery possibly around the 2100 block of Eastway. It has been reported that there is a 4 year old female in the back of the vehicle. The vehicle is reported to be a silver Mercedes, 4 dr, with 20" rims, NO tinted windows and a sunroof. The child is reportedly wearing a pink Dora the Explorer shirt.

  • 1600 block of Red Robin Street Missing person

    10 yr old female was reported missing by her parents. Advised that she had been out walking the dog, the dog was in the house, but the child was not. CMPD Officers, Helicopter and K-9s along with CFD responded to the scene to search for the child. GEO Notify was initiated for a 1 mile radius from the child's address. The child was located at 7:39 pm at a residence on Dove Drive unharmed and in good condition.
