  BB&T reported that it was robbed by a WM suspect wearing a gray shirt and a yellow straw hat. The suspect is in his mid 40s and has gray hair. He was last seen running out of the building.

  The Dollar Tree was robbed at gunpoint by two black males wearing dark clothing and masks. The suspects fled on foot. No injuries.

  The victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by two Hispanic males. The suspects fled in a black Acura. No injuries.

• 9500 block of University City Blvd. Robbery from business—armed

  The Circle K was robbed by 2 armed B/M suspects. Suspect #1: light skinned B/M, clean shaven w/ short hair, dark blue or black shirt with yellow stitching visible on the seams of the shirt and some type of red emblem on the right sleeve. #2: light skinned B/M w/ dreads, wearing a baggy white t-shirt with the sleeves cut out and a white tank top type shirt underneath.   The Subway was robbed by 2 armed B/M suspects who fled on foot from the area. There were no shots fired and no injuries. This is related to #2009 0702 194702 and #2009 0702 204300.

  The victim reported being robbed at knifepoint by a black male suspect, wearing a white tee shirt, jeans and a burgandy baseball hat. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.

  Male victim shot by unknown male suspect in an apartment. Victim transported to CMC-Main with life-threatening injuries.

• 1600 block of Arlyn Cir. Robbery from business—strong arm

  The Domino's Pizza delivery driver was robbed by physical force by four black male suspects, all 5'9", wearing dark clothing. No injuries.

• 8300 block of Paces Oaks Blvd. Robbery from person—armed

  Male victim arrived home and as he got out of his vehicle, he was forced back into the vehicle by a B/M, red jacket, blue jeans armed w/ a long gun. He was forced to drive to a different location where the suspects began stripping the vehicle. The victim was able to run away. When officers arrived the vehicle was discovered to have been set on fire on the inside. No injuries, no shots fired.

• 9000 block of Meadow Vista Road Robbery from person—armed

  2 H/M & 3 B/M suspects armed with weapons entered the residence demanding money and drugs. When the suspects split up in the residence, one of the groups was resisted by the victims and the suspects fled without obtaining anything. During the course of the investigation a substantial amount of drugs was located and one of the victims was arrested on drug charges.

  B/M suspect entered the victim business and brandished a firearm and demanded money. Suspect was arrested nearby.

  A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle while riding along North Tryon. The bicyclist was pronounced deceased on scene. The HITS unit will be handling the investigation.

  Victim was a pizza delivery driver. Two black males approached him and one indicated he had a weapon. Suspects fled on foot.

  The victim, a Toppers Pizza delivery driver, was assaulted and robbed by three tall B/M's, one wearing jeans, a dark colored shirt, a skull mask, gloves, and a bb hat, the second wearing jeans, a dark colored shirt, a white bandana, gloves and a bb hat, and the third wearing jeans, a white shirt, a red bandana, gloves, and a bb hat. The suspects fled on foot. No injuries.

  The victim reports that 2-3 B/M's in a grey vehicle fired multiple shots at him. The suspect sustained a minor gunshot wound to the arm. The victim refused medic.

• 9500 block of Shannon Green Dr. Robbery from Person - Armed

  The victim reported being robbed by two B/M's, one of which was approx. 6'1", 165 lbs. wearing blue jeans and a black shirt, armed w/ a handgun, while attempting to purchase drugs. No further description on the second suspect. The suspects fled on foot. K-9 responded. No injuries. The victim also had an outstanding warrant for drug possession and was arrested.

• 7900 block of University Ridge Road Robbery from Person - Armed

  The victim stated four BMs entered the listed location and were armed. The suspects demanded personal property from the victims and fled the area. The suspects wore bandannas over their faces. There were no injuries reported.
