Rape / sexual assault
The victim was walking along the light rail tracks when two black male subjects attacked her from behind. The subjects tore at her clothes and sexually assaulted the victim. The victim was not able to provide much suspect information at this time. She self-transported to the hospital, where the crime was reported.

The victim reported that they were robbed at gunpoint by a black male, blue warm up suit and baseball hat. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.

Robbery from person—armed
B/M victim was walking to the festival at Dixie's Tavern when he was approached by 2 B/Ms at the intersection. 1 of the suspects had a gun and they took the victim's wallet, cell phone and keys then struck the victim in the head with the gun. The victim sustained minor injury.

An unknown and highly intoxicated victim was pushed over by the suspect and then the suspect took his wallet. A witness reported the crime and assisted officers in locating the suspect. The victim left the scene prior to officers arriving.

Robbery from person—armed
The male victim advised that he was followed back to his hotel by 2 B/Ms and when he went to get ice the suspects ran at him, forced him to the ground, put a .38 cal revolver to his head and took his wallet. They then fled on foot. Suspect #1: B/M, 18, 5'8", chin length braids, jeans, black & white bandanna around neck. #2: B/M, 18, 5'8", diamond earrings in both ears, short hair goatee w/ connecting sideburns. No shots fired, no injuries.

Miscellaneous incident
A CMPD employee reporting to work this morning discovered that someone shot through three window at the Family Services Building at 601 E. 5th St. It is likely that the bullets holes in the windows were the result of stray rounds from an incident that occurred in the parking lot between the CMPD parking deck and the Bob Cats Arena early Sunday morning in which numerous rounds were fired.

The victim reported that he was assaulted by a group of black males. The victim stated that the suspects then fired a handgun at him. The suspects then fled from the area. The victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital for NLT injuries.

Officers were doing an undercover surveillance in the area when they observed a W/M suspect pop the hood on a vehicle and the vehicle leave the lot. A related suspect vehicle was stopped and 3 suspects were arrested for Auto Theft. Auto Theft Detectives responded to assist. Great Work!

Three suspects approached the victim on foot. One held a handgun up to the victim's chest and demanded his belongings. The other two searched the victim and one of them hit the victim on the head with an unknown object. All three fled on foot. The victim had minor injuries to the head and knee.
