• 7200 block of Barrington Dr. Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury

  Incident reported as a shots fired call. A male victim reports being assaulted in the 7200 block area of Barrington Dr. This indiv. got friends of his and returned to the area. Shots were fired between the two groups, several vehicles were hit and two apartments were hit. There were no reported injuries. A suspect vehicle was stopped and several subjects are being questioned. ADW Unit was advised.

  The victim reported that he was robbed of his cell phone at gunpoint by (3) H/M suspects who fled the area in a dark colored SUV.

• 7100 block of Barrington Dr. Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury

  The victim reported that a known suspect shot at them but they were not struck. The victim's car was damaged during the shooting. This case is domestic related and is not a random act.

• 6300 block of The Plaza

  This incident took place at 6308 The Plaza at the Shell gas station. The caller advised that a B/M, 40-50 yo, brown jacket, blue baseball hat, and green and blue pants, attempted to take the victim's purse. The suspect was apprehended a short time later. Robbery Detectives were notified.

  The victim reported a sexual assault.

• 7100 block of Barrington Dr. Robbery from person—strong arm

  The victim was walking along Barrington Drive when 10-15 young black males approached him on foot. The young males began beating the victim with their fists and took $15 from the victim. No visible injuries to the victim. The victim was unable to provide a better description of the suspects.

• 4400 block of Mendham Drive Robbery from person—armed

  Male resident brought 2 B/Fs into his residence. Once inside they got into an altercation w/ the female at the residence. 1 of the B/Fs grabbed a machete and threatened the female and took electronics and fled the residence. No injuries. Suspect #1: B/F, 19, skinny, black jeans, brown sweater, braids. #2: B/F, 19, straight hair, long sleeve black shirt. blue jeans.

• 6800 block of Harris Blvd Accident-fatality

  HITS officers are currently investigating a fatality crash on Harris Blvd near Kimmerly Glen Rd involved 2 vehicles. One driver was pronounced at the scene, and the other driver was transported with critical injuries. A press release will be distributed once the investigation is completed.

  (3) B/M suspects forced entry into the victims home and ransacked the residence.

• 7100 block of Village Green Drive Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  A female suspect stabbed her boyfriend in a dispute over money. The male was transported to CMC with a puncture wound to the left chest. The female will be arrested for ADW. The male admitted to assaulting her first; he will be the subject of an assault investigation against the girlfriend.

  The H/M victim reported that he was assaulted with a knife and robbed by (3) H/M suspects.

• 2600 block of Lanecrest Drive Death investigation

  Detectives investigating a shooting that resulted in one death, and two other shooting victims. Investigation is ongoing. Homicide is handling the case. Media Release has gone out.

• 4500 block of John Penn Cir. Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  Comp. states that the suspect whom is her ex-boyfriend kicked in the front door of her apartment and waited inside same for her to come home. Comp. further states when she arrived home the suspect pointed a knife at her and snatched her car keys from her hand, then he walked outside and drove away with her vehicle. Comp. states that at no time did she give the suspect permission to take her car. The suspect was later apprehended on Dinglewood Ave.

• 4600 block of John Penn Cr Robbery from person—armed

  Victim advised that 2 hispanic males attempted to car jack her at the above address. When she drove away from the assailants, the suspect shot at her car, striking it several times. Fortunately, the driver was not injured.

• 4600 block of Perth Ct. Robbery from person—strong arm

  3 black male subjects broke into the victims house and physically assaulted him before taking personal items. The victim was transported to CMC with non-life threatening injuries.

• 2600 block of Milton Road Robbery from person—armed

  The W/M victim was walking down Milton Road and saw 2 B/Ms standing at the bus stop. He acknowledged them and the next thing he knew one of them was hitting him in the head with a metal pole, they kicked him with their feet when he fell to the ground and then pointed a gun at his head. The suspects took his I-Pod and fled on foot. Suspect #1: B/M, 25-30, shoulder length dreads, blue/black shirt. #2: only saw that he was wearing white shoes while he was kicking him. NLT injuries but victim is being treated at the hospital.

  The victim reported that a black male suspect, 5'10", 220 lbs, dark blue jeans with white t-shirt and white "do rag" and a dark blue baseball cap first utilized a TASER on them and then stole their purse. The suspect fled the scene in gold Honda Accord driven by a black female. No injuries.

  The victim reported that they were robbed at gunpoint by a black male suspect who was in a gray shirt and pants. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.

• 4000 block of Sunridge Lane Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  The victim was shot once in the side torso. The victim has non-life threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene in a newer model Jeep Cherokee on Milton Road, towards Barrington Drive.

  The victim was cut with a knife by their spouse across their chest. The victim then transported themself to CMC Pineville for treatment of a NLT injury. Warrants were obtained for the arrest of the suspect.

  Manager of Circle K robbed on her way to make a bank deposit. Suspect B/M white T-shirt, blk pants, on foot. The suspect pushed the victim down and took her purse with the deposit inside. The victim refused Medic.

  The victim reported that a B/M suspect punched him in the face and took items from his possession.

  The victim stated that he was approached by three unknown B/M's that demanded his property. One of the suspects then shot the victim in the leg. The victim sustained NLT injuries. The victim was transported to CMC for treatment.

  A pedistrian was struck by an unknown type of vehicle. The victim was transported to CMC with NLT injuries.

• 2600 block of Milton Rd. Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  The victim reported that while waiting on a bus, two black male suspects who were in a black sedan rode past their location and began to shoot guns at them. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to her thigh and was transported to CMC for treatment of a NLT injury.

  The victim was shot once in the leg by two black males who were in a red or burgandy Chevrolet Caprice. The victim was transported to CMC by MEDIC to be treated for NLT injuries. The suspects fled the scene in the car.

  The victim was shot during the course of a robbery. The suspects are three BMs; all thin and wearing hoodies. The victim was transported to CMC with what appear to be NLT injuries at this time.
