  The victim reported that he was physically assaulted and robbed by a B/M suspect(s). The victim was not injured.

• 3100 block of Erskine Drive Animal attack

  Animal Control was at the above address dealing with a pit bull when another pit bull became aggressive. Additional Animal Control Officers and CMPD Officers were called to the scene to assist. A CMPD Officer had to shoot the aggressive pit bull. Internal Affairs responded to the scene per protocol. No officers were injured.

  The victim reported that he was robbed at gunpoint by a known suspects. No injuries.

  2 B/M suspects, 1 wearing a white jacket and 1 of which was armed with a gun entered Sake Japanese Express and took money from the register. Unknown which way the suspects went when they left, whether on foot or in a vehicle. No injuries, no shots fired.

  The victim reported that she was robbed of her purse by a B/M suspect who fled the scene in dark colored vehicle.

  H/M advised that he was robbed of cash at gunpoint by a B/M, 5'6", red jacket, red hoodie, and a black handgun. No shots fired, no injuries.

  The victim was walking near the above address when he was approached by a black male suspect armed with a handgun. The suspect demanded money, and robbed the victim of his wallet and cellphone. No injury.

  Female victim reported that a B/M suspect forced entry into her residence and took several purses before she confronted him and he fled the scene on foot.

• 4400 block of The Plaza

  A B/M suspect, 5'9", 180, white t-shirt, blue jeans, armed with a chrome revolver approached the victim in the parking lot of the Bi-Lo and attempted to rob him. The victim pushed the suspect, the suspect fell down and fired one shot at the victim. The victim ran away and was unharmed. Nothing taken from the victim. The suspect fled on foot behind the store.

• 800 block of Eastway Dr Robbery from person—armed

  2 hispanic male victims reported that a Red 4 door KIA stopped near them on Eastway Dr. with four hispanic males and a hispanic female inside. Two of the suspect jumped out with silver handguns and robbed the victims of their wallets. The vehicle left towards N. Tryon St.

  An elderly female was found deceased; appears natural.

  Shots were fired into a residence and officers were able to find the suspect vehicle, get it stopped, identify the suspects and locate a weapon in the vehicle. No one was injured. 2 suspects were arrested.

  The victim reported that three black male suspects robbed them at gunpoint and fled in a small car. The suspects were stopped a short time later and identified. The suspects were arrested and transported to the LEC for interviews by Robbery Detectives. No injuries.

  A young black male subject robbed several victims sitting on the porch at the above listed address. The suspect was armed with a handgun. No one was hurt during this incident.

• 1400 block of Eastway Drive Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  H/M was at the car wash when he was approached by 2 B/M suspects who demanded money from him at knife point. The victim doesn't speak English so he didn't understand and one of the suspects stabbed him in the back left shoulder blade with a knife. Victim sustained NLT injuries. Robbery was notified.

  Homicide detectives responded to a male deceased. The suspect is a black male last seen leaving in a white Dodge Magnum.

  The three victims reported that they were approached by three B/M suspects that brandished firearms at them and demanded money. The suspects fired 3 rounds. The suspects fled in a burgundy or maroon sedan. No injuries.

• 1300 block of Eastway Dr. Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  The victim and a known suspect got into an argument. The suspect hit the vicitm repeatedly about their head and face and at one time struck the victim with a firearm. The suspect fled the scene. The victim was transported to CMC by MEDIC for treatment of NLT injuries.

  A male subject walked out of his girlfriend's residence to get something out of his car when 2 B/Ms, at least one of which was armed, approached quickly and overpowered him taking his wallet and keys. As the suspects were running away, the armed suspect fired 3-4 shots from the weapon. The victim was not injured.

  The victim reported that he was in the parking lot when he was approached by two B/M's, one armed with a handgun. The subjects demanded money from the victim and fled on foot.

• 1500 block of East Sugar Creek Road Robbery from business—armed

  The suspect entered the Family Dollar and produced a black, semi-automatic handgun and demanded the clerks open the cash register. When the clerks were slow opening the register, the suspect took $100 from a customer and fled the scene on foot. No shots were fired and no one was injured. Suspect: B/M approximately 5foot9 with a thin build. Last seen wearing a grey hoodie and black ski-mask.

• 1100 block of Eastway Drive Breaking and entering commercial

  Responded to a burglary in progress at Garinger High School. Officers surrounded the school and were able to apprehend both suspects. The suspects had already loaded a flat screen TV in the suspect vehicle. Det. Hunter was contacted. Great Work!

• 1400 block of Murdock Road Assault with a deadly weapon-with injury

  The victim in this case was attacked by the 2 suspects at his residence. The victim was stabbed in the abdomen and his injuries initially were possibly LT. The 2 suspects were found to be at the hospital (1 was stabbed in the back). Charged in this case is Travon Blakley, 2/8/87. When the second suspect is released from the hospital and charged his name will be released. The victim's injuries are now thought to be NLT. ADW is handling this case.

  Following an argument, the suspect cut the victim on the neck with a glass. The victim suffered NLT injuries and was transported to CMC by MEDIC for treatment. The suspect was arrested.
