Assault with a deadly weapon-no injury
Incident reported as a shots fired call. A male victim reports being assaulted in the 7200 block area of Barrington Dr. This indiv. got friends of his and returned to the area. Shots were fired between the two groups, several vehicles were hit and two apartments were hit. There were no reported injuries. A suspect vehicle was stopped and several subjects are being questioned. ADW Unit was advised.

A female walked out of the Save A Lot and while she was putting her purchases in her trunk, a B/M suspect ran up and took her purse from her shoulder/arm after a struggle. The suspect fled in a black 4 dr vehicle driven by another suspect. Suspects: #1: B/M, early 20s, 5'9", 160, blue jeans, white t-shirt, brown shoes. Suspect #2: B/M. No weapon seen. No injuries to the victim.

This incident occurred at the Hardees Restaurant located at 4201 E. W.T. Harris Blvd. A green colored vehicle occupied by a B/M suspect approached the drive-thru window and robbed the cashier at gunpoint. No injuries.

The business was robbed by a light skinned BM wearing a gray hoodie. He has tattoos on the left side of his neck. He is described as short, with facial hair. The suspect fled the area in a vehicle, possibly a Kia minivan. The suspect was arrested in Eastway Division. A detective with the Robbery Unit is on scene.

Kidnapping
The caller indicated that a male was beating up on a female at the listed location, and that he forced her into his vehicle and fled the scene. Officers gathered information from the sole witness and begin searching for the victim. Homicide units were called in to assist. A little while later the victim arrived back at her residence indicating she had not been kidnapped or assaulted.

Officers with the North Tryon Division's FMT conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Maxima. The occupants jumped and ran from the vehicle, which coasted into a house. Several people have been detained. No one in the house was injured.

A B/M suspect, 5'9", 180, white t-shirt, blue jeans, armed with a chrome revolver approached the victim in the parking lot of the Bi-Lo and attempted to rob him. The victim pushed the suspect, the suspect fell down and fired one shot at the victim. The victim ran away and was unharmed. Nothing taken from the victim. The suspect fled on foot behind the store.
